The Funeralcast package service components and costs are:
Live Webcast
A live webcast is similar to a live TV broadcast. The difference is instead of receiving the pictures via your TV antenna, the pictures are transmitted over the Internet direct to your web browser. Funeralcast is able to send a live video signal to over one thousand computers around the world at any one given time. All the viewer requires is a computer with an Internet connection and Flash Player installed.
Personalised web page
Everyone who books a webcast receives a personalised web page. Each web page includes a picture of the deceased and a personalized message.
Private online Funeral
If required the webcasting can be made private. This means that only viewers witha secrure password are able to access the online funeral service. This feature is optional at no additional cost.
Condolence Message Service
Within every webcast personalised page there is a link to your own condolence message service. The page enables viewers to leave a message of condolance to the family to read at their convenience.
Audience Technical Support
Our Technial support team are available to provide help for any viewer anywhere via our email support page. Every webcast page includes a link to our support area, where you can view the test page or send details of your technical problem to out support team.
Archived Webcast
Every live funeral webcast is recorded (archived) so that the service can be viewed at a later date. As a part of our standard package we store an archived version of the service.
Additional Media
Additional media can be included on the personalised web page (this may include a particular song or peice of music, additional photographs, video clip, home movie or PowerPoint presentation). |
