Live Streaming. Site-to-Studio.
Funeralcast provides professional video production and live-streaming services utilising high-quality broadcast standard equipment for every service.
Our on-site camera crew transmit a video signal from the funeral location to our studio, where it is combined with other assets, such as a holding slide or video tribute (slideshow).
Our studio engineer is responsible for sending the final high-quality video signal to the web, where the live-stream audience views it. This model is similar to traditional TV broadcasters, where the studio controls what is being broadcast.
The benefits of this workflow are:
Faster set-up time with less equipment to worry about.
A smaller footprint in a church or funeral venue.
More agile when covering funeral services i.e. burials and outside broadcasts.
Less risk of equipment failure. Most of the equipment is in the studio.
With a studio director producing a live stream, the overall quality is superior in every facet.
Studio command centre. The studio can feed the on-site operator important information and vital service updates.
Better audience communication. Example: The studio can inform those viewing if the service is running late.
